Director Declaration

Dublin, London, 8 November 2017: C&C Group plc (the "Company") announced today the appointment of Mr Jonathan Solesbury to the Board of Directors of the Company.

The Company hereby makes the following additional disclosures in respect of Mr Solesbury in compliance with Rule 6.6.7 (1) to (6) of the Listing Rules of the Irish Stock Exchange and Rule 9.6.13 (1) to (6) of the Listing Rules of the UK Listing Authority.

Mr Solesbury has, in the past five years, previously been a director of the following publicly quoted companies: Union de Cervecerias Peruanas Backus y Johnston SAA, which is listed on the Lima Stock Exchange; and Cerveceria Nacional CN S.A., which is listed on the Guayaquil Stock Exchange.

There are no details requiring disclosure in respect of Mr Solesbury under Listing Rule 6.6.7 (2) to (6) of the Irish Stock Exchange or under listing rule 9.6.13 (2) to (6) of the UK Listing Authority.
