Dividend Timetable
The timetable for the fixed dividend on Celtic plc's Convertible Cumulative Preference Shares of 60p each ("CCP Shares") for the financial year ended 30 June 2009 is as follows:
Ex dividend Date: 29 July 2009
Record Date: 31 July 2009
Scrip Scheme - Mandate Return Date: 11 August 2009
Payment Date: 1 September 2009
Holders of CCP Shares are entitled to participate in the Company's scrip dividend reinvestment scheme, subject to the terms and conditions of the scheme. Under the scheme, new Ordinary Shares of 1p each are issued fully paid instead of cash. The closing date for receipt by the Company's registrars of valid scrip scheme mandate forms relating to the 2009 dividend payment is 11 August 2009.
Personalised scrip scheme mandate forms and the scheme terms and conditions were sent to qualifying shareholders in February 2009.
