Director Shareholding

Celtic PLC (the "Company") was notified on 31 March 2014 that Ian Bankier, a non-executive director and Chairman of the Company, disposed of his interest in 15,250 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company at a price of 74p per share and that R C Greig Nominees Limited SA1 (Mr Bankier's Share ISA) acquired 15,250 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company at a price of 74.2p per share. The transactions took place on 28 March 2014.

Following the transactions, Mr Bankier remains interested, as the beneficial owner, in 30,000 Ordinary Shares of 1p each, representing 0.03% of the class.
