Celtic PLC21 November 2007 Celtic plc Significant shareholding 21 November 2007 Celtic plc has today, 21 November 2007, received notification on behalf of MrJohn Keane under DTR 5.1.2R that on 16 November 2007 Mr Keane acquired 1,426,000Ordinary Shares of 1p each and 100,000 Convertible Preferred Ordinary Shares of100p each in the capital of the Company. Prior to the transactions Mr Keane was interested in 4.99% of the voting rightsin the Company, consisting of interests directly in 4,474,747 Ordinary Shares of1p each (4.38% of voting rights) and indirectly in 625,000 Convertible PreferredOrdinary Shares of 100 p each (0.61% of voting rights), calculated on the basisof the issued voting capital announced at the end of October 2007.
