CCH International plc13 July 2007 Press Release 13 July 2007 CCH International plc ("CCH" or "the Company") Re: trade finance agreement with Alphasteel CCH International PLC (AIM: CCH), the trade finance Group, announces thatfurther to the statement of 21 February 2007, due to circumstances beyond itscontrol, CCH will not be proceeding to facilitate a three year finance agreementwith Alphasteel Limited of Wales. CCH has been reimbursed all of its directexpenses and has made no financial loss. In addition, CCH will not at present avail of the sterling denominated financingfacility made available to a CCH subsidiary by the European Islamic InvestmentBank plc ("EIIB"). CCH maintains a strong relationship with EIIB and isconfident of utilising funding facilities to be provided by them in the nearfuture.
