Zug, Switzerland - 2 September 2014 - Coca-Cola HBC AG (LSE: CCH, ATHEX: EEE) announces that José Octavio Reyes, Non-executive Director, has been appointed as a Non-executive Director of Keurig Green Mountain, Inc. (NASDAQ: GMCR), with effect from 25 August 2014.
