Zug, Switzerland - 11 March 2025 - Coca-Cola HBC AG ("Coca-Cola HBC") announces that William W. (Bill) Douglas III, Independent non-Executive Director, has been appointed as a director of Dollar Tree, Inc. (trading on Nasdaq under the symbol DLTR), with effect from 28 February 2025.

This disclosure is made pursuant to paragraph 6.4.9R of the UK Listing Rules.
