Zug, Switzerland - 17 May 2023 - Coca-Cola HBC AG ("Coca-Cola HBC" or the "Company") announces today that following the election of the board members at the AGM the composition of the Board Committees will be as follows:

This announcement is made pursuant to the Financial Conduct Authority's Listing Rule 9.6.11R and there are no other matters that require disclosure under Listing Rule 9.6.13R.
