On 12 December 2012, Computacenter plc was notified that the below mentioned Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility (PDMRs) of the Company had, on 11 December 2012, exercised their options over ordinary shares of 6p each in the capital of the Company pursuant to the terms of The Computacenter Sharesave Plus Scheme:
