Final Dividend for the year ended 31 December 2011
Computacenter Plc announces the proposal to pay a final dividend of 10.5p per share. The final dividend is subject to shareholders' approval at the annual general meeting of the Company, to be held on 18 May 2012. The dividend record date is set on 18 May 2012 and the payment date on 15 June 2012. The dividend will be marked ex-dividend on 16 May 2012.
