On 2 December 2015, Computacenter plc ("the Company") was notified that the below mentioned Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility (PDMRs) of the Company had, on 1 December 2015, exercised options over ordinary shares of 75/9p each in the capital of the Company pursuant to the terms of The Computacenter Sharesave Plus Scheme:
