The following notifications are made under Article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulation ('MAR') relating to certain transactions in the shares of the Company by Directors of the Company, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMR') of the Company and/or Persons Closely Associated ('PCA') with the Directors and PDMRs.
On 04 April 2018, Computacenter plc was notified that Gregory Hugh Lock, the Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, had on 03 April 2018, transferred 6,654 Ordinary Shares of 7 5/9 pence of the Company ('Ordinary Shares') to The Greg & Rosie Lock Charitable Foundation Trust for nil consideration. The Greg & Rosie Lock Charitable Foundation Trust is a charitable trust of which Gregory Hugh Lock is a Trustee. This transaction represented approximately 0.006% of the issued share capital (excluding treasury shares). Following this transaction, Gregory Hugh Lock's beneficial holding is 590,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.52% of the Company's issued share capital (excluding treasury shares), and The Greg & Rosie Lock Charitable Foundation Trust's beneficial holding in the Company is 115,027 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.1% of the Company's issued share capital (excluding treasury shares).
