Mr Webb's performance condition will run from 1 January 2007 to 31 December2008, at which stage he will be required to hold the shares for a further 2years. The following PDMRs were also granted share options under the Company's EmployeeShare Option Scheme 1998, in the amounts and on the terms listed below. Performance Criteria Options become exercisable if the average annual compound growth in theComputacenter Group's diluted earning per share compared to the base year of2005, is at least equal to RPI plus 5% in any of the three, four or five yearperiods up to and including 2009, 2010 or 2011, respectively.
