Dividend Declaration

Further to the announcement of its audited results to 31 December 2013 earlier today, Charlemagne Capital Limited confirms that it has declared an interim dividend of 1.0 US cent (0.6014 pence) per share in respect of the year ended 31 December 2013.

This dividend will be paid on 25 April 2014 to shareholders on the record on 28 March 2014. Dividends will be payable in pounds sterling unless the Company's registrar holds an instruction from the shareholder to pay in US dollars.
