Dividend Declaration

Further to the announcement of its audited results to 31 December 2010 earlier today, Charlemagne Capital Limited confirms that it has declared a further interim dividend of 1.3 US cents (0.7983 pence) per share in respect of the year ended 31 December 2010.

This dividend will be paid on 15 April 2011 to shareholders on the record on 18 March 2011. Dividends will be payable in pounds sterling unless the Company's registrar holds an instruction from the shareholder to pay in US dollars.
