Directorate change
Charlemagne Capital Limited ("Charlemagne" or the "Company") announces that David McMahon, Finance Director, has stepped down from the Board with effect from 31 May 2010 but will continue to be associated with the Charlemagne Group as a Consultant.
Lloyd Jones, the Group's Chief Finance Officer, has taken over day to day responsibilities for the Group's finance operations with effect from 1 June 2010.
Commenting on the forthcoming change, Chief Executive, Jayne Sutcliffe, said: "I would like to thank David for his huge contribution as a key member of the Charlemagne Board since inception. We have benefitted greatly from his experience and insight and I am delighted that he will have an ongoing association with the Company in a consultancy capacity as we continue to develop our business further."
