Charlemagne Capital Limited27 February 2008 27 February 2008 Dividend Declaration Further to the announcement of its audited results to 31 December 2007 earliertoday, Charlemagne Capital Limited confirms that it has declared a secondinterim dividend of 2.4 US cents (1.2179 pence) per share and a second interimspecial dividend of 10.35 US cents (5.2522 pence) per share. Both dividends will be paid on 4 April 2008 to shareholders on the record on 7March 2008.
