Dividend Declaration

Further to the announcement of its interim results to 30 June 2009 earlier today, Charlemagne Capital Limited confirms that it has declared an ordinary interim dividend of 0.4 US cents (0.2453 pence) per share.

The dividend will be payable on 30 October 2009 to shareholders on the register on 2 October 2009. Dividends will be payable in pounds sterling unless the Company's registrar holds an instruction from the shareholder to pay in US dollars.
