cloudBuy plc (AIM: CBUY), the cloud eCommerce marketplace, announces that it was notified on 26 November 2015 that on the same day Patrick Broughton, Non-Executive Director of cloudBuy, purchased 200,000 shares of 1 pence each in the Company at 6.45 pence per share .
Following the purchase, Mr. Broughton has a notifiable beneficial interest in 1,070,909 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 0.83 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
