CAIRO - July 12th, 2018

CIB received one complaint from an individual retail client at a branch in Alexandria regarding an alleged discrepancy in their account statement. The matter is the subject of an ongoing investigation. CIB will update investors via the stock exchange and regulatory officials at the Central Bank of Egypt as developments warrant.

Management notes that the trust of its customers of all sizes, from individual retail clients to the largest corporation, is the Bank's number one priority.

تلقى البنك التجارى الدولى (مصر) شكوى من أحد عملائه من قطاع الأفراد فى إحدى فروع مدينة الإسكندرية بخصوص وجود فروق فى أرصدة حساباته. هذا ويتم حاليًا اتخاذ كافة الإجراءات اللازمة لمراجعة كافة العمليات المصرفية فى الفرع للوقوف على حقيقة الأمر. وتم إعلام كافة الأطراف ذات العلاقة والجهات الرقابية المعنية وعلى رأسها البنك المركزى المصرى.

ونود التأكيد بأن ثقة عملاء البنك التجارى الدولى (مصر) تتصدر قائمة أولوياته.
