persons discharging managerial responsibilities in Ordinary shares of the Company of 25p each (Shares)
On 21 October 2020 the Company granted options to employees under the Close Brothers Group Sharesave Scheme (the "Scheme"). This grant of options over Shares under the Scheme included certain Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility.
