Charles Stanley Group PLC13 August 2007 Charles Stanley announces that the Trustees of the Charles Stanley ShareIncentive Plan acquired on 10th August 2007, 4979 ordinary shares in the companyfor the participants of the Charles Stanley Share Incentive Plan. The price paidby the participants was 344.35p. These shares will be used to satisfy employees'contributions to the Plan deducted from their July 2007 pay.
