Charles Stanley Group PLC31 January 2007 Director/PDMR Shareholding The Company announces that on the 29th January 2007 it received notificationfrom the Trustees of the Charles Stanley Group Plc Share Incentive Plan (the'SIP') of the following transaction in the Company's ordinary shares of 25p each('Ordinary Shares'): The transfer of 820 ordinary shares out of the SIP into a nominee account forthe benefit of the beneficial owner; the sale of 499 ordinary shares out of theSIP at 327p per ordinary share.
