Charles Stanley Group PLC12 March 2007 CHARLES STANLEY GROUP PLC ADDITIONAL LISTING Charles Stanley Group Plc (the 'Company') has been notified today that a formeremployee has acquired a total sum of 10,208 ordinary shares of 25p each as theresult of the exercise of an option under the Company's Save As You Earn Schemeat a price of 96 pence per share. Accordingly, application has been made to the UK Listing Authority for theseshares to be admitted to the Official List and to the London Stock Exchange fortrading. The shares rank pari passu with the existing issued shares of theCompany and dealings are expected to commence on Monday 19th March 2007.
