CHARLES STANLEY GROUP PLC ADDITIONAL LISTING
Charles Stanley Group PLC (the "Company") has been notified that a former employee has acquired a total sum of 3,294 Ordinary Shares of 25p each as the result of the exercise of option under the Company's Save As You Earn Schemes 2011/12 and 2012/13.
The employee acquired 347 Ordinary Shares at a price of £2.48 per share and 2,947 Ordinary Shares at a price of £2.34 per share. Accordingly, application has been made to the UK Listing Authority for these shares to be admitted to the Official List and to the London Stock Exchange for trading. The shares rank pari passu with the existing issued shares of the Company and dealings are expected to commence on Tuesday 4rd November 2014.
