Change of Auditor
Charles Stanley Group PLC announces that it has appointed KPMG LLP as auditors to the Company and its subsidiaries following a competitive tender.
A letter will be posted today to the shareholders of the Company in relation to the statutory statement received from Saffrey Champness, confirming that there are no circumstances connected with their ceasing to hold office as auditors that should be brought to the attention of members or creditors. The statutory statement is required under section 519(3) of the Companies Act 2006 and is for information only. The Board retains the highest regard for Saffrey Champness, who will continue to provide other services to the Group.
The shareholder letter and auditors' statement are available on the Company's website www.charlesstanleyplc.co.uk and will be available for inspection at the National Storage Mechanism at www.hemscott.com/nsm.do.
