Issue of new ordinary shares

Further to its announcement on 21 September 2016, Centaur Media Plc (LSE: CAU) announces that 1,202,266 new ordinary shares of 10p each in the capital of the Company ("Consideration Shares") have today been issued to Beak Street LLP (formerly the Oystercatchers LLP). The Consideration Shares have been issued in settlement of the share element of the consideration for the acquisition of the business and assets of Oystercatchers.

Application will be made to the Financial Conduct Authority ("FCA") for admission of the Consideration Shares to the premium segment of the Official List of the FCA and to London Stock Exchange plc for admission to trading of the Consideration Shares on its main market for listed securities (together, "Admission"). It is expected that Admission will become effective on or around 10 October 2016 and that dealings in the Consideration Shares on the London Stock Exchange plc's main market for listed securities will commence at that time.
