Board Change
Centaur Media Plc, the multi-platform content group, today announces that Mark Kerswell has informed the Board of his intention to step down from his position as Group Finance Director. Mark will be joining a private equity backed business that is not a competitor of Centaur, as CFO and COO.
Mark will remain in his current role for an interim period to ensure a smooth transition of his responsibilities. The Board has commenced a search for his successor and a further announcement will be made in due course.
