Centaur Media Plc ("Centaur" or "the Group") today announces that after six years as a Non-executive Director, and the last five as Centaur Chair, Colin Jones has informed the Board that he does not intend to extend his appointment as Chair when his current three-year term expires on 1 September 2024. A search for a new Chair is underway and, in order to ensure an orderly handover, Colin will remain in his role until a new Chair has been appointed, and his Letter of Appointment will be extended accordingly.

I am confident that Centaur's strong balance sheet and reliable cash generation will support its plans for continued investment in the high growth areas of its business."

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.12, we will announce the effective date of Colin's resignation when it is known.
