Director Shareholding

In accordance with DTR 3.1.4, the Company was notified today that Mr. M.H. Kerswell, the Interim Group Finance Director of Centaur Media Plc, had on 15 September 2011 purchased 10,000 Ordinary shares of 10p each. All the shares were purchased on the London Stock Exchange for GBP£ 0.37 per share.

As a result of this transaction Mr. M.H.Kerswell is now interested in 20,000 Ordinary shares of 10p each in the company representing 0.014% of the issued share capital.
