Director's dealings

On 30 June 2009 the Company was  informed that on 29 June 2009 Kuat Oraziman, a director of the Company sold warrants to subscribe for 36 million shares to Arawak Energy Limited ("Arawak"), part of the Vitol Group. 

The warrants are exercisable before 31 March 2010 at 10p per share, or before 30 September 2010 at 15p per share, or before 31 March 2011 at 20p per share.

Arawak now holds warrants over 54 million of Roxi shares, which on exercise would represent 12.54 per cent of the enlarged share capital
