Block Listing

Carr's Group today announces that an application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority ("FCA") and the London Stock Exchange ("LSE") for a block listing of 994,160 ordinary shares of 2.5p each in the Company (the "Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to the Premium Segment of the Official List of the FCA and to trading on the Main Market of the LSE.

The Ordinary Shares are being reserved under a block listing and will be issued, as and when required, in connection with the exercise of awards granted pursuant to The Carr's Group Sharesave Scheme 2016.

These Shares will rank pari passu with the Company's existing shares in issue. It is expected that admission will become effective on or around 11 December 2020.
