cardfactory, the UK's leading specialist retailer of greeting cards, gifts, wrap and bags, has been notified by Nathan (Tripp) Lane that he will step down from the Board with effect from 26 July 2024. 

Paul Moody, Chair, commented: "I thank Tripp for his contribution to the board discussions and development of the refreshed strategy. In particular, the board valued him bringing his financial acumen and experience to the company as we successfully navigated through the Covid period and the subsequent re-financing. We wish him well for the future".
