In accordance with LR 9.6.14 R, the Company has been informed that David Stead, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, is Non-Executive Director (and Senior Independent Director) of ProCook Group plc. ProCook Group plc's shares are to be admitted to the premium segment of the Official List and to trading on the main market for listed securities of the London Stock Exchange, with effect from 8am on 12 November 2021.
