Result of AGM
Carclo plc announces that at its Annual General Meeting held yesterday, all resolutions were passed on a show of hands.
In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.2, two copies of the resolutions passed as special business will be submitted to the UK Listing Authority and will be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Viewing Facility.
The items of special business approved at the AGM were:
(i) authority to allot equity securities pursuant to Sections 80 and 89 of the Companies Act 1985.
(ii) authority to make market purchases of shares pursuant to Section 166 of
the Companies Act 1985.
(iii) Adoption of new articles of association

Two thirds of sales are derived from the supply of fine tolerance, injection moulded plastic components, which are used in medical, optical and electronics products.
