PDMR Notification
Capital (LSE: CAPD), a leading mining services company focused on the African markets, announces that David Regan Payne, Executive - Commercial, sold an aggregate of 298,112 Ordinary Shares in the Company as follows:
1. 232,375 shares at a price of 84 pence per Ordinary Share;
2. 5,638 shares at a price of 86 pence per Ordinary Share; and
3. 60,099 shares at a price of 87 pence per Ordinary Share.
