Mr. Ungerer has represented EnerTech Capital on the board of Clean Air Powersince 2001 and has always intended to step down from this position following theIPO of the Company, which was completed in February 2006, and after theappointment of two other replacement non-executives. In September, Clean AirPower announced that it had appointed Dr. Ulrich Woehr and Hans Gunnar Folkessonas non -Exec Directors. Following his resignation, Mr Ungerer will continue to manage other investmentswithin the EnerTech portfolio.
