However, the 2005 financial information hasbeen extracted from the audited statutory financial statements for the financialyear ended 31 December 2005, which will be delivered to the Registrar ofCompanies, and the 2004 financial information has been extracted from theaudited statutory financial statements for the financial period ended 31December 2004 which have been filed with the Registrar of Companies.
