Share Purchase by Director
The Company (AIM:CAML) was notified on 25 May 2022 that, on the same day, Dr Mike Armitage, a Non-Executive Director, purchased 16,156 ordinary shares of US$0.01 each ('Shares') in the Company at a price of 247.58 pence per Share. The Shares were purchased on the open market.
Following this acquisition, Dr Mike Armitage owns a total of 16,156 Shares representing 0.009% of the issued share capital of the Company (excluding shares held in treasury).
