Board Changes

Central Asia Metals PLC ("CAML" or the "Company"), (AIM:CAML), a mining exploration and development company focused on base and precious metals in Central Asia, announces that Alex Capelson has resigned from the Board with immediate effect due to personal reasons.

Nick Clarke, Chief Executive Officer of CAML, commented:

"The Board would like to thank Alex for his significant contribution to the development of the Company since its incorporation and would also like to wish him all the very best for the future."
