Appointment of Director

The board of Camellia Plc announces that Mr Martin Dünki is to be appointed a non-executive director with effect from 1st April 2010. 

Mr Dünki, a director of Rahn & Bodmer Co., a Zurich based private bank, is a director of The Camellia Private Trust Company Limited and is also a trustee of The Camellia Foundation and a director of Camellia Holding AG. 

There are no matters to disclose in accordance with paragraph 9.6.13R of the FSA's Listing Rules.
