SYNETY Group plc (AIM: SNTY.L) was notified today, 21 September 2015, that on that date, Paul Williams, Chief Financial Officer of the Group, purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of 20 pence each in the share capital of the Group ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 87.9 pence per Ordinary Share for the benefit of his SIPP.

Following this purchase, Paul Williams is beneficially interested in 84,057 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.69% of the Group's total voting rights.
