The Company announces that an application has been madeĀ forĀ theĀ admission ofĀ 287,082Ā ordinary shares of 1Ā penceĀ to AIM.Ā ThisĀ applicationĀ relates to an issue of shares which the Company is contractually required to make to Bain & Company, Inc. ("Bain") inĀ satisfaction and extinguishment ofĀ feesĀ for professional services to be rendered inĀ accordance with the terms and conditions of a consulting agreementĀ madeĀ between the Company and Bain, datedĀ 31st October 2008.
Dealings are expected to commence onĀ 11thĀ DecemberĀ 2008. These additional sharesĀ will, on Admission, rankĀ pari passu with the existingĀ ordinaryĀ sharesĀ of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company.
