The Company announces that an application has been madeΒ forΒ theΒ admission ofΒ 287,082Β ordinary shares of 1Β penceΒ to AIM.Β ThisΒ applicationΒ relates to an issue of shares which the Company is contractually required to make to Bain & Company, Inc. ("Bain") inΒ satisfaction and extinguishment ofΒ feesΒ for professional services to be rendered inΒ accordance with the terms and conditions of a consulting agreementΒ madeΒ between the Company and Bain, datedΒ 31st October 2008.
Dealings are expected to commence onΒ 11thΒ DecemberΒ 2008. These additional sharesΒ will, on Admission, rankΒ pari passu with the existingΒ ordinaryΒ sharesΒ of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company.
