Directorate change

Capital & Regional, the UK focused REIT with a portfolio of dominant in-town community shopping centres, announces that after two years of service Guillaume Poitrinal is stepping down from the Board as a non-executive director due to the demands of other business commitments. The change is effective immediately.

Hugh Scott-Barrett, Chairman at Capital & Regional, said: "I would like to sincerely thank Guillaume for his commitment and contribution to the Company over the last two years during what has been an important period in its development, and we look forward to our continuing relationship with Guillaume as a significant shareholder."
