DIRECTOR SHAREHOLDING
On 16 October 2019 the Company received notification from PDI Investment Holdings Ltd and Mstead Ltd, entities in which Louis Norval, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, has a beneficial interest, that shares in the Company previously pledged in respect of investment arrangements had been released from such pledges as outlined below:
PDI Investment Holdings Ltd - 30,957,331 shares previously pledged have been released. 34,505,475 shares of PDI Investment Holdings Ltd's total shareholding of 65,462,806 remain subject to the pledge; and Mstead Ltd - 30,042,669 shares previously pledged have been released. 39,936,178 of Mstead Ltd's total shareholding of 69,978,847 shares remain subject to the pledge.
In total the beneficial interest of Louis Norval and his family members in the Company remains unchanged at 135,913,866 shares, representing 18.71% of the Company's total issued share capital. The shareholding is maintained on the London Stock Exchange.
