DIRECTOR SHAREHOLDING

On 18 September 2017 the Company received notification that Mstead Ltd had entered into an arrangement on 18 September 2017 to pledge a further 54,978,847 of its ordinary shares in the Company ("Shares") as security in respect of an external investment arrangement. Having previously, as announced on 28 November 2016, pledged 15,000,000 Shares, this now results in the entirety of Mstead Ltd's shareholding of 69,978,847 Shares, representing 9.790% of the Company's issued share capital, being subject to the arrangement. The shareholding is maintained on the London Stock Exchange. 

Louis Norval, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, has a beneficial interest in Mstead Ltd. In total the beneficial interest of Louis Norval and his family members in the Company remains unchanged at 137,122,854 Shares, representing 19.184% of the Company's issued share capital.

This notification is made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
