Capital & Regional, the UK community-focused shopping centre REIT, announces that Ian Krieger, a non-executive Director of the Company, has been appointed as a non-executive Director of Primary Health Properties PLC effective from today. Ian Krieger will be appointed to chair the Audit Committee of Primary Health Properties PLC following its annual general meeting which is scheduled for 18 April 2018.
