LICENCE UPDATE
Cadogan today provides a further update to its announcements on July 22, 24 and August 4 2008 regarding its Pirkovskoe andΒ ZagoryanskaΒ special permits ("licences").
Today, the Kharkiv Appellate Administrative Court in Ukraine ruled in favour of Cadogan, allowing its application to appeal against the PoltavaΒ Region CommercialΒ Court'sΒ earlierΒ writtenΒ decision of June 17 2008 in respect of the Pirkovskoe licenceΒ and suspending theΒ earlier decisionΒ pending the resolution of the appeal. Written confirmation of this ruling, and the setting of an appeal date in respect of the Pirkovskoe licence, is expected shortly.
As advised in the Company's announcement dated August 4 2008 theΒ Kharkiv Appellate Administrative CourtΒ will similarly decide whether to allow Cadogan to appeal against theΒ Poltava Region Commercial Court's decision in relation to the Zagoryanska licence on August 20 2008.Β
