LICENCE UPDATE
Cadogan today provides a further update to its announcements on July 22, 24 and August 4 2008 regarding its Pirkovskoe and Zagoryanska special permits ("licences").
Today, the Kharkiv Appellate Administrative Court in Ukraine ruled in favour of Cadogan, allowing its application to appeal against the Poltava Region Commercial Court's earlier written decision of June 17 2008 in respect of the Pirkovskoe licence and suspending the earlier decision pending the resolution of the appeal. Written confirmation of this ruling, and the setting of an appeal date in respect of the Pirkovskoe licence, is expected shortly.
As advised in the Company's announcement dated August 4 2008 the Kharkiv Appellate Administrative Court will similarly decide whether to allow Cadogan to appeal against the Poltava Region Commercial Court's decision in relation to the Zagoryanska licence on August 20 2008.
